There are two kinds of activities in this case. First, extreme sports (they are also prohibited for certain professions). This can be explained in particular by the strong influence of the environmental factor (the wind for a kitesurfer, the cold, etc.) or a speed requirement as in motorsports. Then there are percussion sports (combat sports, rugby, etc.). These are at risk by definition.
